How we work
Four steps, no theatre
Every engagement runs the same sequence. It is deliberately unglamorous: most of the value in this work is created before anyone arrives on site.
Step one
Listen and establish the ground truth
We interview the people who know the organisation, including those who disagree with each other. The output is a plain statement of what is true, what is contested and what must not be said.
Step two
Build the narrative and the plan
Positioning, message architecture and a delivery plan with named owners and dates. If a message cannot survive a hostile question, it is rewritten before it is published.
Step three & four
Deliver, then hold the line
Production and protocol run to the plan, and reporting continues after the room empties. Coverage is tracked, briefings are updated, and the position is defended for as long as it needs defending.
